Leafs fights the harmful production/pollution of plastic waste and supports peasants and their villages in rural India perished by globalisation all at once, by bringing their organic single-use tableware to the European market. The beautifully natural dishes made from dried Sal leaves constitute an authentic and aesthetic alternative for plastic disposables, especially in the festival, event and street-food scene. By bringing these traditionally used tablewares to the European market, we can promote sustainability in gastronomy and thereby generate fairly paid jobs and development programs.
