The humanity faces a huge challenge: the growing population has to be fed sustainable and economically priced. The Vienna Start-up INSETTOS wants to solve this problem. Through the breeding and efficient converting of mealworms we are going to get a nutrient-rich powder. This powder can be used as a basis for many products. In the beginning INSETTOS wants to focus on the market entry via the fitness sector. Currently we are developing a mealworm bar in cooperation with a food chemist of University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna.
