Can you eat urban vegetables without risk? If yes, on which condition? What about city pollution?
With our project we want to answer these questions and we want to make people aware of all the good aspects of urban food production.
Together with tenants of Graz we want to grow vegetables on 130-150 different spots all over the city and then analyze it in a laboratory.
The results will help us to find a way of healthy gardening in a polluted area.
