„Saisonkraft“ is a platform where seasonal workers and farmers can register to find a match for the needed season. Till now there are about 366.000 workers in Germany, Austria and South-Tyrol only in the agricultural sector, which is a huge number. Ofter there are problems with bad working conditions for the foreign workers or they have only bordered acces to the market in Western Europe. We want to solve this problem with digitisation and automation online. This would increase transperency and through an evaluation system create a better working cooperation between workers and employers.
