BuddyWorx verbindet SchülerInnen in Österreich im Alter zwischen 15 und 20 Jahren mit Mentoren (Young Professionals), die sie bei der Wahl von Beruf oder Ausbildung begleiten. Durch unser modular aufgebautes Mentoring-Curriculum kann das mehrwöchige Mentoring auf die persönlichen Bedürfnisse und Fragen des Mentees zugeschnitten werden. Dadurch erwerben die SchülerInnen wesentliche Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Prioritätsbewusstsein, Informationssortierung, Zielsetzung und individuelle Planung, die für erfolgreiche Entscheidungsprozesse erforderlich sind. BuddyWorx provides high school students in Austria between the age of 15 to 20 with a support system to help them choose an education or a career path they really enjoy. In our mentoring program, mentees will be matched with their own mentor (young professionals), who will design a mentoring path, tailor-made according to their personal needs and questions. Thereby, students acquire essential skills in priority awareness, information sorting, goal setting and individual planning needed for decision making.
